This 2020 Chardonnay is done is a classic Burgundian style. Light, crisp, with notes of minerality and wet stone with a soft smooth oaking.

The aromas are toasty and lightly buttery with vanilla scents, while on the palate the creamy texture and flavors of ripe apple and peach touch the senses.

Made in a crisp, dry style. The aromas remind us of lemon custard, tart apple, and a little white peach. The palate has succulent acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.

This wine is off dry. The aromas are that of strawberry and watermelon, with a hint of rose petals that coat the senses.  The flavors are identical with a crisp mid palate and a touch of natural sweetness to finish it off.

The aromas of the wine are red fruits with some spice notes. The palate has similar flavors along with soft mid palate that add to the long and balanced finish.

The 2021 Cuvée Pinot Noir is a blend of our Estate’s finest, selected from a group of barrels composed of different clones and cooperages. After an initial 14 months of aging separately, our winemaker carefully tasted and selected his special blend of barrels. Following selection the barrels were all blended together and returned to barrels for 6 more months of aging.

A well-known vineyard in the hills of Dundee called La Colina, “The Hill”. Harvested during the last week of September, the grapes were destemmed and cold soaked for 48 hours before being inoculated. After what seemed like the perfect fermentation the wine was pressed, settled, then put to bed in 50% new French oak barrels for 20 months. The resulting wine has kitchen spice aromas like white pepper along with notes of black cherries and rich raspberry flavors. The pallet is soft and silky with a lasting finish.

With the grapes for this Pinot Noir coming from a local vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton, this wine has notes of bright cherry, strawberry, earth, minerality, & a touch of French oak.

"This wine’s cherry aroma is so rich, it reminded me of amaro-soaked Amarena cherries. There’s also an intriguing earthy and floral note that combines marigolds and oregano. The palate features darker blackberry fruit, with traces of lemon

This is a Bourdeaux style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, & Malbec. Aged in French oak barrels the wine exhibits dark fruit aromas with earth tones along with a slight scent of vanilla all combining with flavors of blackberry and plum that coat the mouth with structured tannins.

Sourced from a vineyard in Walla Walla, Washington on a southern facing slope on the east side.  After a gentle fermentation and light pressing the wine went into a series of barrels, both French and American oak. Aged for 28 months in a cool cellar the wine developed some fascinating aromas of cedar and spices alongside a depth of dark fruits.  The palate has dark fruit flavors and spice with expressive tannins and a long finish.

The aromas of this wine show signs of dark fruit with subtle earth tones, while the palate has similar dark fruit flavors with gentle tannins and a soft finish.
