2024 Riesling
This Riesling is 100% estate fruit. Harvest this year was on the 23th of October. The juice was fermented cold for almost 48 days to retain flavors and character. The cold fermentation helped develop aromas that remind us of lemon, apple and pineapple. The palate has natural acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.
