2023 Riesling
All Laurelwood District fruit from the estate site. Picked on the 20th of October this year, this was the last pick on the estate site. Fermented cold for almost 50 days, long and steady. The cold fermentation helped retain the aromas that this wine exhibits in the bottle. The aromas remind us of lemon custard, tart apple, and a little white peach. The palate has succulent acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.
