2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
This 2021 Pinot Noir is a blend of different Pinot Noir clones. Each vineyard was harvested on days our winemaker thought were best for that particular site. Each vineyard was fermented then aged separately for 12 months before the blend of different clones (777, 115, 114 and Pommard) was created. The blend then went back into French oak for another two months before being ready to bottle.
The aromas of the wine are red fruits with some spice notes. The palate has similar flavors along with soft mid palate that add to the long and balanced finish.
