2025 Riesling

This Riesling is 100% estate fruit. Harvest this year was on the 27th of September.  After a gentle pressing of the grapes the juice was fermented cold for about 52 days to retain flavors and character. The cold fermentation helped develop aromas that remind us of lemon, apple and a little stone fruit. The palate has natural acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.
